Job Role & Responsibilities:

Handle

banca channel sales

through partner bank branches Build strong relationships with

bank staff & customers

Cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers Achieve monthly sales targets Support policy issuance & basic documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

Age:

21 to 33 years

Education:

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

1+ year experience in

Banking / Life Insurance / Banca sales

Good communication & customer handling skills

CTC / Salary:

Up to ?5 LPA

(Fixed + Incentives) Performance-based incentives extra

Job Type:
