recruit, train, and support agents

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and build a team of
insurance agents / advisors

Train and guide agents on Life insurance products and sales techniques.
Support agents in the field
by joining them in customer meetings.
Help agents
generate leads and close sales
.
Achieve
monthly and yearly sales targets
.
Monitor and improve agent performance.
Motivate the team through rewards and recognition.
Maintain proper records and ensure all work follows company and IRDAI guidelines.
Who Can Apply
Graduate in
any discipline
(Bachelor's degree preferred).
1-5 years
of experience in sales, business development, or insurance is ideal.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales can also apply.
Should be comfortable with
field work
and meeting customers.
Must have
good communication and relationship-building skills
.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license
preferred.
