Job Summary:
We are looking for a non-sales back-office professional with experience in life insurance policy renewals. The role involves handling renewal documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating with clients over email/calls in fluent English.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage life insurance renewal documentation.
Follow up with clients (email/phone) for missing or pending documents.
Ensure all records are accurate and updated in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments (not sales).
Maintain TAT and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in life insurance policy renewals/documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
