Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ? Identify and onboard potential agents and partners to expand the network. ? Drive sales for Motor/ Life/ Health or Commercial Line insurance products through the agency channel. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. ? Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve sales targets. ? Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives. ? Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: ? Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, specifically in insurance products (Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines). ? Strong communication and negotiation skills. ? Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. ? Willingness to travel extensively. ? Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency network is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
