About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Client Assessment: Evaluating clients\' financial situations, needs, and goals to recommend suitable policies
2. Product Knowledge: Staying informed about various life insurance products and their features
3. Policy Recommendations: Providing tailored advice on coverage amounts and types of policies that best meet clients\' needs
4. Application Assistance: Helping clients complete applications and gather the necessary documentation
5. Ongoing Support: Offering continued service and support, including policy reviews and adjustments as clients\' needs change
6. Education: Informing clients about insurance concepts, benefits, and the importance of life insurance
7. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
8. Sales Goals: Meeting sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
These responsibilities require strong interpersonal skills, financial knowledge, and a commitment to ethical practices.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 6000 per sale).
