We are looking for a responsible and alert Lifeguard to ensure the safety of visitors at the park's swimming pool area. The ideal candidate should be skilled in water rescue, first aid, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. In addition to pool duties, the lifeguard will also assist with general park maintenance, guest support, and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor all swimming activities and ensure the safety of guests at the pool area.
Enforce pool and park safety rules at all times to prevent accidents.
Respond quickly to emergencies, perform rescue operations, and provide first aid/CPR when required.
Inspect and maintain the pool's cleanliness, water quality, and safety equipment.
Assist in daily pool maintenance activities, including checking filters and chlorination levels.
Maintain records of pool usage, water tests, and incident reports.
Guide visitors regarding pool safety and park rules.
Support park operations by helping with cleanliness, guest assistance, and event setups when needed.
Report any safety hazards, equipment damage, or operational concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross / YMCA / equivalent).
CPR and First Aid Certification (mandatory).
Strong swimming and rescue skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physically fit and alert at all times.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to support other park-related activities as part of the operations team.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a water park, amusement park, or resort environment.
Knowledge of basic pool equipment maintenance and water safety protocols.
