Role Overview

As a Life Coach at MindAlgo, you will be the bridge between clients and our team of expert psychologists and doctors. Your role is not just about sales -- it's about

guiding clients step by step through their healing and performance journey

with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Client Journey Management

: Facilitate smooth operations from the first enquiry to psychologist consultation and beyond.

Education & Guidance

: Empathetically educate potential clients about MindAlgo's services, protocols, and benefits.

Sales & Conversion

: Engage enquiries, build trust, and help clients make the decision to begin their program.

Follow-Up & Support

: Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and quality communication through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.

Quality Assurance

: Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure every client receives integrative and personalized care.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with psychologists and operational staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
