We are seeking a Licensed Engineer to provide consulting services and prepare drawings for Panchayath Municipality building permits. The successful candidate will have experience in preparing and submitting building plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit building plans, drawings, and documents for Panchayath Municipality building permits.
2. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
3. Conduct site visits and surveys as necessary to gather information for plan preparation.
4. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
5. Review and respond to queries from Panchayath Municipality authorities.
6. Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Valid license to practice as an engineer in the relevant state/region.
3. Experience in preparing and submitting building plans for Panchayath Municipality building permits.
4. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
