License Compliance Analyst

The License Compliance admin role will be focused on License Compliance Professional Channel revenue recognition, the objective is to measure License Compliance revenue and trigger the fee payment to the Law firm involved in the Volume Piracy Program.
Role & Responsibilities:
1) Revenue recognition
Collect all PO's relating to License Compliance leads, following License
Compliance revenue recognition rules
Report all PO's in Secured Deal file
Tag all accounts related to License Compliance lead (where the VAR has
not created the PO from the License Compliance created lead)
Upload the Secured Deal File to enable PC HQ to compute the fees for the
Law Firms
Report the revenue / PO Ref and date in Case management tool
Report all the additional INDIRECT revenue (claimed under the 12-month
rule) PO Ref and date in Case management tool
2) Analyze the list of Secured Deals and report to all inaccuracies to the respective Sales teams
Missing fees
Discounts applied
Name inaccuracies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered)
0-3 years of experience with Product Portfolio management and Order processing preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills and good team player
Keen learner with positive attitude
Structured, disciplined, and flexible approach towards work
Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a solution-finding approach
Able to work in multiple and culturally different environments
Able to maintain high quality in all deliverables and according to the operating principles
