Key Responsibilities

Manage the school library's daily operations, including book circulation, cataloging, shelving, and resource organization. Curate and maintain a diverse, age-appropriate collection of books, digital media, reference materials, and learning resources. Support students and teachers in accessing information, guiding them in research skills, reference tools, and responsible information use. Implement library policies, including book borrowing rules, inventory management, and resource maintenance. Introduce students to digital library and safe online research practices, supporting 21st-century learning skills. Organize displays, author visits, and thematic activities to create excitement around literature and learning.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Library Science (B.LIS / B.Lib) from a recognized institution. 2-3 years of experience working as a school librarian or in an academic library setting. Salary: 35,000 to 40,000
