Mega City School is looking for a qualified and organized

Librarian

to manage and enhance the learning resource centre. The ideal candidate should be passionate about books, reading habits, and fostering a culture of knowledge among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the school library Maintain and organize books, periodicals, and digital resources Assist students and teachers in locating resources for academic use Promote reading programs and library activities across grades Handle inventory, record keeping, and timely procurement of new materials Enforce library rules and maintain a quiet and productive environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Library Science or equivalent Previous experience in a school library setting (preferred) Proficiency in library management systems and basic computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for education, literature, and student engagement
