Job Title: Librarian Teacher - IGCSE School | Bengaluru
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: M.Lib (Candidates with PYP & IBDP Librarian experience preferred)
Salary: ?40,000+ per month
Working Hours: 8:10 AM - 4:30 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the school library resources, cataloguing, and circulation systems
Guide students in using library resources for research, reading, and learning enhancement
Support PYP & IBDP programmes with age-appropriate learning materials
Promote a reading culture through library activities, events, and book-related programs
Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into classroom learning
Ensure a safe, organized, and student-friendly library environment
Maintain inventory and update digital/physical records of books and materials
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Librarian in an IB/IGCSE school preferred
Strong knowledge of library management systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for promoting literacy and lifelong learning among students
