Librarian
. We are looking for a knowledgeable, organised, and enthusiastic professional who can manage the school library efficiently and foster a love for reading among students.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organise library resources, including books, journals, and digital materials
Maintain proper records of issue and return of books
Guide students in selecting age-appropriate reading materials
Encourage reading habits through library activities and reading programs
Coordinate with teachers to support curriculum requirements
Ensure discipline and a quiet, welcoming library environment
Maintain inventory and recommend new books and resources
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Library Science (B.Lib / M.Lib)
Prior experience as a school librarian preferred
Good communication and organisational skills
Familiarity with library management systems and basic computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,183.66 - ₹35,878.23 per month
