We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator & School Portal Liaison work to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day computer operations, manage school portal data, and coordinate with staff, students, and parents for smooth information flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update data on the school portal (attendance, student records, reports, Udise plus, etc.)
Perform basic computer operations, data entry, and record management
Generate and download reports as required
Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth digital operations
Requirements:
Experienced in school needed minimum 2 years
Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
Familiarity with school ERP/portal systems (preferred )
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
Minimum education: Graduate preferred
