Position Overview



We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Liaison Manager

to manage and strengthen relationships with

government authorities, regulatory departments, clients, vendors, and internal teams

.
The role involves coordinating approvals, ensuring legal compliance, handling documentation, and enabling smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Government & Regulatory Coordination



Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities, municipal corporations, and regulatory bodies. Manage the process of obtaining licenses, permits, NOCs, and statutory approvals. Stay informed about government policies and regulations impacting ongoing and upcoming projects.

2. Project Coordination



Act as the primary point of contact between management, government departments, and other stakeholders. Facilitate smooth project operations by ensuring timely follow-ups for approvals and documentation. Support cross-functional teams in achieving project objectives.

3. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure strict compliance with state and central government regulations. Draft, review, and manage applications, agreements, and project-related legal documents. Maintain accurate records of all approvals, correspondence, and related documentation for audits.

4. Stakeholder Relationship Management



Build and sustain strong working relationships with senior officials, vendors, and business partners. Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with external parties. Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.

5. Reporting & Updates



Prepare regular progress reports regarding approvals, permissions, and compliance status. Highlight project risks, pending issues, and government updates to senior management. Provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree (Preferred: Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields).

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

of relevant experience as a

Liaison Officer / Liaison Manager

in

infrastructure, real estate, or government projects

.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

government regulations, local approval processes, and legal frameworks

.

Location Preference:

Candidates from

Raipur

or nearby areas will be given priority.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
