Job Description

Work Experience - 15 to 20 years



Key Responsibilities

1. Government Liasoning & Approvals



Coordinate with government offices such as Talathi, Tahsildar, Town Planning, Collector, TLR office, Zilla Parishad, Fire Department, Kamgar Kalyan, Corporation, and other authorities. Manage all processes related to NA (Non-Agriculture), Building Permission, Construction Permission, Layout approvals, and other statutory clearances. Follow up for sanctions, approvals, renewals, and compliance documentation for all projects. Handle liasoning for all companies under the group, covering real estate as well as hospitality projects. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all documents required for approvals.

2. Registration Office & Customer Documentation



Monitor customer documentation and ensure correctness and timely processing. Manage and resolve issues related to property registrations, sub-registrar office procedures, and government objections. Coordinate with advocates and legal consultants for drafting, verification, and compliance of legal documents.

3. Coordination with Legal, Political & External Stakeholders



Liaise with advocate/lawyer firms regarding legal matters connected to approvals and land documentation. Handle meetings and communication with political representatives when required for project-related issues. Coordinate with internal departments (Architect, Project, CRM, Sales, Accounts) for compliance information and documentation.

4. Documentation, Filing & Compliance Management



Ensure all files, approvals, statutory documents, maps, and permissions are maintained properly and systematically. Verify accuracy of all documentation for various types of properties before submission. Track and manage any missing, misplaced, or incomplete documents and ensure resolution. Maintain a structured tracking system for all government approvals, submissions, and follow-ups.

5. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination



Lead and manage a liasoning team of 3-4 members. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all follow-ups with government offices. Train and guide the team on documentation processes, approval cycles, and department coordination. Ensure clear communication between liasoning, legal, architectural, and project teams.

6. Relationship Management with Government Departments



Build and maintain positive working relationships with key government officials across relevant departments. Engage and follow up regularly to ensure smooth processing of files, submissions, and approvals. Represent the company professionally and maintain credibility in all interactions with government bodies.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
