Roles and Responsibilities
Handle liaisoning activities related to
redevelopment projects
, including coordination with societies, stakeholders, and government authorities.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and government departments to obtain necessary approvals and permissions.
Assist consultants in preparing, submitting, and uploading documents required for approvals and follow up with authorities.
Maintain updated knowledge of
redevelopment policies, regulations, and municipal bye-laws
.
Coordinate for preparation and submission of municipal drawings and redevelopment-related documents.
Actively interact with society members, residents, and local stakeholders with a
marketing and relationship-building approach
.
Support marketing and business development teams during redevelopment discussions and presentations.
Ensure accuracy of drawings and documents as per local municipal norms.
Maintain liaison with internal design, drafting, and project teams.
Required Experience & Skills
1-3 years of experience
in real estate liaisoning,
specifically in redevelopment projects
.
Strong knowledge of
redevelopment processes, policies, and approvals
.
Marketing-oriented mindset
with good communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in
local language
(Marathi mandatory; Hindi/English preferred).
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with municipal offices and approval processes.
