The Liaisoning Executive will be responsible for managing all liaison-related activities with government authorities, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals, statutory compliances, and smooth execution of real estate projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in streamlining processes and implementing systems related to legal compliances, government permissions, and community coordination across all project locations.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and government authorities to obtain required statutory approvals and clearances.
Support consultants in preparing, submitting, and uploading documentation for approvals and follow up with concerned authorities for timely clearances.
Stay updated with applicable regulations, policies, amendments, and changes in building bye-laws related to plan approvals.
Prepare and coordinate municipal plans/drawings for submission to relevant authorities to obtain approvals.
Maintain updated and thorough knowledge of building norms, material specifications, market costing, and basic understanding of services including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC works.
Review and oversee drawings, data, and inputs received from subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Maintain close liaison with internal design and drafting teams for coordination and accuracy.
Check and ensure correctness of drawings as per local municipal norms; design coordination with external consultants is mandatory.
Assist management in resolving approval-related, compliance-related, or regulatory issues.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law, or Real Estate Management preferred
Experience
2-6 years of relevant experience in liaisoning, statutory approvals, or real estate projects
Prior experience dealing with municipal corporations and government authorities is mandatory
Additional Requirements
Knowledge of local language is mandatory
Willingness to travel to government offices and project sites
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license preferred
