Liaise with government departments, development authorities, and local administrative bodies for approvals, renewals, and other official matters.
Maintain regular communication with lawyers, consultants, and government officials to ensure smooth case progress.
Ensure all property documents, land titles, and records are properly maintained and up to date. Follow up on pending NOCs, land mutation, conversion, lease, and registry-related processes.
Coordinate with internal departments for submission of documents, forms, and applications required by authorities.
Prepare and submit necessary reports, letters, and follow-up notes on ongoing matters.
Represent the institution at relevant offices and assist management in decision-making related to land and legal issues.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with statutory and institutional policies.
