Job Description
Position: Liaisoning/Public Relations Manager Experience: Min 5 yrs in real estate JD
- Attend and follow up on all legal matters in court
- Ensure all compliances are followed up and met
- Keep in touch with Police station matters
- Follow up on Plan sanctions and other requirements for residential properties
- Reniew and maintain Labour Liscences
- RERA
- Coordinate with bank project approvals
- Title opinion of lands
- Drafting of documents like JDA/GPA etc
- Conducting registeration of apartments etc
- Morning shift
- Bengaluru - 560071, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- total work in Real Estate (as PR): 4 years (Required)
