Job Description

Job Profile


Lead preparation, maintenance, and organization of all documentation required for nanofertilizer manufacturing, licensing, quality audits, regulatory submissions, and compliance reviews. Ensure all records, reports, SOPs, batch documentation, certificates, and compliance files are accurate, up-to-date, and stored in a traceable system. Coordinate with production, QC, R&D, and quality assurance teams to gather required data and technical inputs for documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for government departments, regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and industry partners concerning documentation, approvals, and compliance issues. Facilitate timely submission of regulatory applications, renewals, permits, and compliance reports; track status and follow-up with authorities. Monitor changes in regulatory guidelines, standards, and documentation requirements applicable to nanofertilizer and microbial input production; communicate updates internally. Prepare briefs, compliance summaries, correspondence, and technical reports for senior management and stakeholders. Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation readiness and providing clarifications as needed. Assist in drafting and refining internal documentation processes, checklists, SOPs, and record control systems for regulatory compliance. Provide training or guidance to internal teams on documentation standards, filing practices, and audit preparedness. Coordinate periodic reviews with TERI Gurugram head office for alignment on compliance documentation, reporting, and regulatory strategies.

Experience


Years

Qualification


- Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Life Sciences- Biotechnology- Microbiology- Chemistry- Agriculture- Regulatory Affairs- or related discipline.


- Additional certification in Regulatory Affairs- Compliance- Documentation Management or Quality Systems will be an advantage.


Skills


- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks- documentation standards- submission requirements- and compliance practices in manufacturing or agrochemical contexts.


- Excellent documentation- reporting- editing- and record-keeping skills.


- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder coordination- cross-functional communication- and government liaison.


Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and translate them into compliant documentation and procedures.
- High attention to detail- organization- and systematic work approach.


- Strong interpersonal skills- professionalism- and ability to represent the organization externally.


- Proficiency in MS Office- document control systems- and file management tools.
