Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective relationships with government authorities such as:
BBMP/BMC/Local Municipal Corporations
Town Planning / Development Authorities
RERA Office
Pollution Control Board
Electricity, Water & Sewage Departments
Fire Department, Revenue/Tahsildar Office, Registrar Office, etc.
Handle all documentation, file submissions, follow-ups and ensure timely approval of:
Building Plan Sanctions
Layout Approvals
Commencement & Completion Certificates
RERA Registration & Updates
Property Registration and related Land Records
Environmental clearances and NOCs
Coordinate with legal, technical, and project teams for submitting required documents.
Track changes in government policies, regulations and compliance requirements and update management.
Maintain records of approvals, correspondence, and renewal schedules.
Represent the company in meetings, inspections, and compliance interactions.
Resolve any issues involving government authorities and support smooth project execution.
Skills & Requirements
1.Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree in Law / Public Administration preferred)

of liaisoning experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure
3.Strong knowledge of government processes and statutory approval systems
4.Ability to draft letters, applications, and manage documentation
5.Should be willing to travel frequently to various departments & offices
