Assist in obtaining approvals, sanctions, and NOCs from municipal, town-planning, revenue, and other government bodies.
Follow up with departments such as PMC/PCMC/PMRDA/Town Planning/Collector Office/RERA etc.
Checking daily public notice portals & newspapers.
Maintain records of applications, submissions, compliance documents, and approval timelines.
Coordinate with architects, legal teams, surveyors, consultants, and project staff.
Prepare basic reports, update status trackers, and support documentation work.
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve queries raised by authorities.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with exposure to real estate or government processes).
Basic understanding of approval processes, building permissions, or land-related documentation (preferred).
Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Ability to travel locally for site visits and office submissions.
Experience
0-3 years of experience in liaisoning, real estate, construction, administration, or government interaction roles.
