Job Requirement - Liaisoning Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with local authorities such as Panchayath, Municipality, and Corporation for project-related approvals and clearances.
Handle project approvals, completion certificates, and other statutory requirements with respective local authorities.
Coordinate and complete bank approval formalities for projects.
Manage documentation for Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, and registration processes.
Establish and maintain effective coordination with government departments for obtaining all statutory clearances of the project.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of approval-related matters.
Travel frequently to project sites, government offices, and banks as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Strong liaisoning and networking skills with government authorities.
Good knowledge of statutory clearance procedures related to real estate projects.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing official documents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Detail-oriented, with good follow-up and coordination skills.
