Roles & Responsibilities of a Multi-Tasking & Liaisoning Officer1. Liaison & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders (government departments, vendors, contractors, clients, etc.).
Ensure smooth communication and timely submission of documents to authorities.
Maintain healthy working relationships with government officials for approvals, licenses, permissions, and inspections.
Coordinate with internal departments for required data, documents, and follow-ups.
2. Administrative & Operational Support
Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office or plant.
Support teams in arranging meetings, travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Monitor office facilities, housekeeping, and resource requirements.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, collect, and maintain all necessary documents required for government approvals, tenders, registrations, and compliance.
Track expiry dates of licenses, permissions, or certificates and ensure timely renewal.
Maintain proper records (both soft & hard copies) for audits and inspections.
4. Field Visits
Conduct regular visits to government offices, municipal corporations, pollution control boards, labour departments, and other relevant authorities.
Follow up on file movements, approvals, NOCs, and compliance obligations.
Visit project sites, plants, and vendor locations as per requirement.
5. Communication & Reporting
Provide daily or weekly reports on tasks completed, status of liaison work, and pending issues.
Update management on important communications, approvals, and risks.
Draft letters, applications, and official correspondence when required.
6. Multi-Tasking Responsibilities
Handle multiple administrative, operational, and coordination tasks simultaneously.
Support HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Operations teams whenever additional workforce is needed.
Assist in event planning, onboarding, logistics, and support activities based on organizational needs.
7. Problem Solving & Follow-up
Resolve issues related to permissions, documentation gaps, or delays from external agencies.
Ensure continuous follow-up until tasks are completed.
Handle urgent tasks and travel on short notice whenever required.
8. Ethical & Professional Conduct
Maintain confidentiality of company documents.
Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and organizational policies.
Represent the organization professionally in all external interactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
