Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior , mature proactive and dynamic Liaisoning Officer (Female) to act as the key point of contact between our organization and various government departments, funding agencies, and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication, facilitating approvals, coordinating fund-raising activities, and preparing professional reports and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with government departments, funding agencies, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with regulatory and administrative authorities for approvals, Assist in proposal development and support fund-raising activities through documentation and follow-ups.
Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and communication updates for management and stakeholders.
Maintain records of correspondence, approvals, and liaison activities.
Represent the organization in meetings, events, and official visits.
Support internal departments in understanding and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in related field.
2-5 years of experience in liaisoning, government relations, or fundraising (preferred)
.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal English (knowledge of local language is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
