Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Liaisoning Manager
to manage and coordinate approvals, permissions, and compliance requirements with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies. The role requires excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills to ensure smooth execution of company projects without legal or regulatory delays.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with
government departments, local bodies, and statutory authorities
.
Handle applications, documentation, and follow-ups for obtaining required
licenses, permits, NOCs, and approvals
for projects.
Ensure compliance with
state, municipal, and central government regulations
applicable to the company's projects.
Coordinate with internal departments (Projects, Legal, Finance, HR) to ensure timely submission of documents and statutory compliance.
Track, monitor, and update management on the status of approvals and pending applications.
Represent the company during inspections, audits, and hearings with government authorities.
Anticipate policy/regulatory changes and keep management informed about the implications for business operations.
Resolve issues related to
land, building permissions, property tax, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements
.
Maintain proper records, files, and MIS reports of all liaisoning activities.
