Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected

Liaising Manager

to manage and facilitate effective communication between our company, government departments, and banking institutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, government processes, and financial documentation. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination for government contracts, approvals, documentation, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:Government Liaising:



Establish and maintain professional relationships with officials in government departments, municipalities, and statutory bodies.

Coordinate for approvals, clearances, registrations, and renewals related to government contracts and tenders.

Handle submission of EMD/BG, tender documents, work orders, completion certificates, and contract agreements.

Follow up on file movements, sanctions, inspection scheduling, and project execution compliance.

Track government policy changes and ensure company compliance with relevant rules/regulations.

Act as the point of contact for audit-related visits, inspections, and regulatory meetings.

Banking Liaising:



Coordinate with banks for project finance, overdrafts, BGs (Bank Guarantees), LCs (Letters of Credit), and loan disbursements.

Ensure timely submission of financial documents, utilization certificates, and renewal paperwork.

Maintain good working relationships with bank officials and ensure smooth handling of company banking transactions.

Assist in resolving banking issues related to payments, guarantees, or project-specific financial arrangements.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or related field.

3 years of relevant experience in liaising with government departments and banks.

Strong network within government offices, public sector units, and local authorities.

Good understanding of banking operations, project funding instruments (BG, LC), and financial documentation.

Familiarity with government portals (e-Procurement, Gem, PFMS) and public sector working models.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally as required.

Salary:

20,000/- (negotiable)
