JOB DESCRIPTION-



We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Land Liaisoning Officer with knowledge in managing land acquisition, registration, and compliance processes, including coordination with government departments and ensuring smooth execution of all land-related formalities.

Key Responsibilities:



Land identification, verification, and acquisition processes Handling land registration and documentation Liaisoning with Town & Country Planning (T&CP), Revenue, and other Government departments Managing approvals, NOCs, and compliance-related documentation Maintaining relationships with government officials and local bodies Coordinating with legal teams for due diligence and title verification

Desired Candidate Profile:



Good understanding of land records and registry procedures Practical knowledge of local land laws and government functioning Excellent communication and coordination skills Proactive and able to handle field-level operations and documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
