Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating between accounts, purchase, sales, and logistics teams.
To represent the company in the client places.
Support invoice generation and basic accounting entries using
Tally
.
Help in creating and managing
E-way bills
,
purchase orders
, and supporting documents.
Follow up with vendors, customers, or internal teams to collect or share necessary information.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, bills, and other records.
Learn and assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills Required:
B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent (Accounts or Commerce background preferred).
Basic knowledge of
Tally ERP
