Assistance to Admin Manager. 2. Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members. 3. Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry. 4. Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts. 5. Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings. 6. Entering and updating company, employee, and client records. 7. Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies. 8. Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment. 9. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs. 10. Coordinate with PWD for license purpose. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
