Manage all project-related statutory and environmental compliances across sites.
Coordinate with various authorities including Environmental Department, Tree Authority, SWD (Storm Water Drain), CFO (Consent for Operation), and related municipal/government bodies.
Ensure timely follow-up and acquisition of approvals at different project stages - execution, construction, and occupancy phases.
Prepare and maintain all documentation and submissions required for compliance and approvals.
Liaise with government offices, consultants, and internal teams for smooth coordination and status updates.
Track and regularly report the progress of all ongoing compliance applications and approvals to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable government regulations, notification changes, and environmental norms relevant to real estate projects.
Support legal, design, and project teams in aligning documentation and drawings as per authority requirements.
Handle site visits, inspections, and representation during authority meetings whenever required.
Build and maintain professional relations with officials to facilitate transparent and efficient approval processes.
