Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with government offices, local authorities, and regulatory bodies
Handle approvals, permissions, and compliance-related documentation
Follow up on files, submissions, and clearances
Coordinate with internal teams for legal and project requirements
Maintain records of approvals and correspondence
Requirements:
Experience in liaison work within real estate/construction preferred
Good knowledge of local authorities, rules, and approval processes
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
