Role : Liaisoning Officer

Graduate / Diploma /

Preferable Industrial Background - Electrical / Power / Solar

Experience 3-4 years

Requirement -

Proven experience in

Liaison with Govt agencies

Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures

Bachelor's degree

Preferably prior experience to liaise with Electrical utilities like MSEDCL / MSETCL & Electrical Inspector Offices

Skills & Responsibilities : Office Work & Field Work -

Good computer skills in MS Office

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Updating customer payment records

Discussing customer financial statements

Following up with payment of overdue bills and outstanding debts

Negotiating suitable payment plans to facilitate payments/creating repayment plans

Contacting customers through inbound and outbound calls to collect debts

Writing final notice warnings and advising customers

Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments

Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity

Escalating calls

Achieving collection goals

Entering data into software and databases

Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments

Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

Process payments and refunds

Resolve billing and customer credit issues

Update account status records and collection efforts

Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Ability to liaise with Electrical utilities like MSEDCL / MSETCL & Electrical Inspector Offices
