I. Communication Strategies, Advocacy and Outreach at State level
Support the implementation of internal and external strategies for communication and outreach.
Manage and write content, especially photo stories and documentation for social media campaigns on Government schemes at State Level.
Identify innovative tools to increase outreach and tracking communication activities.
Monitor Information Education and Communication (IEC)campaigns at the district level conducted by Insurance Companies (ICs) with regular consultation with a resource person from the company. Oversee documentation of testimonials and success stories
To create a repository of creative resources and stay up to date with the latest skill development for communication, social media outreach, and digital campaign analytics.
Round-the-clock monitoring & moderation of content provided by the state agencies.
Drafting/production of regular updates, press briefings, updates, infographics, and presentations for the State level Government scheme.
Effective responses to inquiries for public information materials in close coordination with the state offices
II. Liaison
Liaise with TSU, government departments, relevant State government agencies, and all project partners, including the CSC State network for effective coordination of all project inputs.
Provide technical backstopping for inputs for training activities supported by the Project.
Provide timely inputs for the timely submission of all reports and communication materials as may be required by the IEC unit, Government scheme.
Foster partnerships with key State and District government departments, media partners, and relevant technical institutions working on agriculture insurance and related issues.
III Other tasks
Carry out any other task assigned by the IEC unit of the Government scheme.
