About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled
Liaison Officer
with
6+ years of experience
to manage government approvals, regulatory clearances, and stakeholder coordination for our construction projects. The candidate will act as the key bridge between the company and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle approvals, NOCs, licenses, and permits from government departments and local authorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and municipal requirements for construction projects
Track and manage all liaison activities to ensure timely approvals
Support management with documentation, reporting, and policy updates
Coordinate with legal and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
Eligibility:
Diploma/Graduate / Postgraduate with
6+ years of liaison experience
(construction/real estate preferred)
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of government procedures, land, and property-related approvals
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
