Qualifications & Skills

:

Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with background in Land Management, Law, or Rural Development.

2-6 years of experience

in land acquisition and government liaison for infrastructure/solar/wind projects. Good knowledge of

Karnataka land rules

, documentation, and

KPTCL processes

. Excellent communication skills in

Kannada and English

. Strong negotiation and follow-up skills. Willing to travel frequently to project sites and government offices.

Preferred

:

Experience working directly with

KPTCL and Karnataka DISCOMs

. Understanding of solar power evacuation procedures and statutory clearances in Karnataka. Local candidates from Karnataka will be given preference.
Salary: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
