About the Role



We are looking for a responsible and proactive

Liaison Officer

to coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and other external agencies. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, documentation, and follow-ups for company-related approvals and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and maintain communication with government offices, local authorities, and regulatory bodies Handle documentation, submissions, and follow-ups for approvals, licenses, and permits Maintain records of liaison activities and ensure timely compliance Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders Support management in administrative and compliance-related tasks Travel locally for official liaison work whenever required

Requirements



Prior experience in liaison, admin, or government coordination roles preferred Strong communication and networking skills Knowledge of local authorities, government processes, and documentation Ability to manage tasks independently and follow timelines Must be proactive, well-organized, and responsible
