Roles & Responsibility
Act as the primary link between the organization and government departments, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
Obtain necessary approvals, licenses, permits, and clearances from relevant authorities on time.
Maintain strong relationships with officials, community representatives, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects requiring government interaction.
Monitor regulatory changes and update management about potential impacts.
Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and agreements between external stakeholders and the organization.
Handle official correspondence, prepare documentation, and maintain records of liaison activities.
Represent the organization in public forums, government meetings, and industry associations.
Resolve issues, conflicts, or delays by maintaining effective communication with authorities.
