Liaison & Network Development Officer
to represent the organization across government, corporate, and private sectors. The ideal candidate will build strategic relationships, gather ground-level intelligence, support business development activities, and enable growth across our key verticals:
Digital Signage, Real Estate, Branding, and Industrial Fabrication
.
The role demands exceptional active listening, communication skills, a disciplined follow-up approach, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with government departments, corporates, builders, contractors, and business associations.
Identify upcoming tenders, opportunities, and partnership avenues.
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable market intelligence to senior management.
2. Client Requirement Capturing & Active Listening
Attend client meetings as the primary listener and capture detailed requirements.
Convert discussions into clear, actionable points for internal departments.
Ensure communication is structured, complete, and professionally delivered.
3. Business Development Support
Coordinate high-level meetings and prepare pre-meeting briefs.
Ensure robust follow-up discipline with clients and internal teams.
Assist sales and project teams by aligning deliverables with client expectations.
Support proposal preparation, documentation, and on-site verification.
4. Liaison & Coordination
Maintain ongoing communication with government and private stakeholders for approvals and updates.
Facilitate smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Address ground-level challenges through on-site presence when required.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare structured reports on meetings, leads, opportunities, and competitor insights.
Maintain CRM/Google Sheets with complete and accurate data.
Support management decision-making through high-quality information flow.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong professional network across
Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh
(mandatory).
Excellent active listening and communication abilities.
High integrity, confidentiality, and polished professional conduct.
Ability to confidently handle senior-level corporate, administrative, and political stakeholders.
Strong discipline in follow-ups, reporting, and execution.
Smart, presentable, and business-oriented personality.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and documentation tools.
Preferred Background
5-15 years of experience in Government Liaison, Business Development, Corporate Relations, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Media/Advertising, or related industries.
Candidates with strong political, administrative, and corporate connections will be preferred.
Prior experience in stakeholder management and high-level networking is an advantage.
