2-5 years of experience in liaisoning, documentation, or coordination with government departments / DISCOMs (experience in solar-related liaison work preferred).
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Electrical / Engineering / Management background preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Net Metering
Handle the complete net metering process from application to final approval.
Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for net metering.
Follow up regularly with concerned authorities to ensure timely approvals.
Liaisoning with DISCOM
Coordinate with DISCOM officials for inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Resolve site-level and documentation-related issues during the approval process.
Stay updated with DISCOM rules, policies, and procedural changes.
Name Change Requests
Manage consumer name change applications, including documentation preparation and submission.
Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of name change requests.
Billing Issues
Handle and resolve electricity billing-related issues by coordinating with DISCOM departments.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and authorities for issue resolution.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal sales, project, and technical teams for smooth execution.
Submit regular status reports to management.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of DISCOM processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
