BFSI and GCC staffing ecosystem

. The ideal candidate will combine deep regulatory insight with strong relationship-building capabilities to support business growth and policy advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments, regulatory agencies, BFSI consortiums, GCC leadership, and industry associations. Track and analyze policy developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide strategic insights to leadership. Represent

Technogen

in government forums, committees, and industry platforms to enhance institutional visibility and credibility. Identify and capture

staffing and partnership opportunities within the BFSI and GCC sectors

, aligning them with business objectives. Facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals, permissions, and partnerships required for business operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to support long-term partnerships and advocacy initiatives. * Provide periodic reports and actionable recommendations on liaison and policy engagement activities to senior management.
