Job Description

A Real Estate Liaison Manager's primary responsibility is to act as a bridge between the company and various stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure smooth and compliant operations for real estate projects. They navigate the complex regulatory landscape, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

Liaison with Government Agencies:

Acting as a representative of the company to communicate with and coordinate activities with local development authorities, municipal corporations, fire departments, and other relevant government bodies.

Regulatory Compliance:

Keeping abreast of and ensuring compliance with evolving government policies, regulations, and building codes.

Approval and Clearance:

Facilitating the process of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances for projects, including environmental, revenue, and legal clearances.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with internal teams (legal, technical, construction, sales) and external consultants to ensure project alignment and smooth processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

Preparing and submitting documentation and reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conducting market research, analysing demand-supply data, and understanding local regulations.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and addressing potential issues or conflicts related to regulatory compliance or project execution.

Financial Modeling:

Assisting with financial modeling, including plugging in sales, cost, and area assumptions for project feasibility.

Strategic Planning:

Assisting with strategic planning and activities related to new projects, including value propositions and decision-making.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
