Manage end-to-end documentation for stores and distribution centers across Ahmedabad and Surat.
Coordinate with landlords, vendors, local authorities, and internal departments for paperwork related to rentals, utilities, audits, and statutory compliance.
Maintain and update documentation logs and trackers accurately.
Conduct regular field visits to stores, DCs, vendor offices, and government departments for document collection, verification, and submission.
Provide timely daily updates to the Admin and Projects teams regarding the status of documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Working knowledge of
MS Excel
for maintaining records and trackers.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
Good understanding of Ahmedabad and Surat city routes and local geography for efficient travel planning.
Ability to manage fieldwork responsibilities independently and with accountability.
Additional Requirements:
Daily local travel is a core part of the role.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
