Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external partners.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, site visits, approvals, and follow-ups with concerned stakeholders.
Track and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Handle documentation, applications, and correspondence related to permits, licenses, and approvals.
Provide timely updates and reports on liaison activities, approvals status, and escalations.
Act as a representative of the organization in public and official forums.
Support internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations) with necessary coordination with external bodies.
Address queries and resolve issues related to external communication or regulation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in a liaison, public relations, or regulatory coordination role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of government processes and regulations related to the industry.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage relationships effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Fluency in [local language] and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
