The Architectural Detailer/Drafter is responsible for the development of project specific details and the preparation and coordination of clear, concise drawings.
Experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman to lead the coordination of architectural drawings, details and documentation required for regulatory approvals.
Assessing the Architectural plans, feasibility and details given by design architect from sanction point of view.
.Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed for submissions.
Preparing stage wise building permission drawings.
Getting verified the prepared sanction drawings from Managing Director and respective Architect.
Preparing drawings for Online Portals, Fire NOC, PCB NOC drawings and various different authority approvals at various stages whenever required.
Creating record drawings after the completion of project before project handover.
Proficient in Auto CAD.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural drafting software.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
