Conduct detailed feasibility analysis, including FSI calculations under DCPR 2034 and other applicable schemes.
Ensure projects comply with all statutory regulation across BMC, MOEF, CFO, Civil Aviation, and other authorities.
Design & Planning
Review, and optimize multi-storied building plans for residential and commercial developments.
Work closely with external architects and design teams to balance creativity with compliance and commercial viability.
Optimize building layouts to maximize developer benefit.
Estimate to good degree costs associated with shortlisted designs and systems
Consultant & Vendor Management
Liaise and manage multiple external stakeholders including but not limited to: BMC, MOEF consultants, MEP consultants , Civil Aviation consultants, External Architects (Design & Liaison) Structural consultants , Contractors
Any other consultants/vendors engaged in the project lifecycle. Lead from technical direction perspective and ensure timely, accurate deliverables from all external parties.
Project Leadership
Act as a senior technical advisor to the Development Head.
Command authority in discussions with consultants, ensuring project requirements are understood and met.
Drive technical discussions and resolve project-related challenges effectively.
Contribute to project strategy by aligning technical outcomes with business objectives.
