Job Description

The Liaising Officer / Municipal Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with municipal corporations, government departments, fire brigade offices, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution of fire and safety-related approvals, NOCs, inspections, and compliance activities. The role requires strong communication, field coordination, documentation handling, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with municipal authorities, fire departments, and government agencies for approvals, fire NOC applications, renewals, and inspection scheduling. Submit required documents, drawings, certificates, and compliance reports to relevant departments. Follow up on ongoing applications, approvals, and project status to ensure timely completion. Maintain good relationships with municipal officers, fire brigade personnel, and local authorities. Support the team in preparing documentation, compliance files, and project-related paperwork. Assist clients during site inspections and guide them on government compliance requirements. Keep updated records of NOCs, approvals, correspondence, and follow-up reports. Report daily progress to management and ensure transparency in coordination activities. Monitor changes in municipal policies, fire safety rules, and regulatory updates. Coordinate with internal departments (installation, service, projects) for required submissions.

Required Skills



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of municipal processes and fire NOC procedures Experience in dealing with government departments or regulatory bodies Ability to handle documents, applications, and compliance paperwork Strong follow-up and coordination abilities Basic computer skills (MS Office, email drafting) Professional behavior and ability to represent the company externally

Qualifications



Graduate in any field (preferably administration, science, or engineering) Experience: 1-5 years in liaisoning, municipal coordination, fire NOC process, or related field Knowledge of fire and safety regulations is an added advantage

Working Conditions



Fieldwork required for visiting municipal offices and fire departments Travel within city/region based on project needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
