About the role:This role is within Life & Health Re BLR unit to provide necessary support various teams for their various projects and tasks. This role will be directly reporting to one of the senior leaders within L&H Re BLR setup. The primary responsibility includes following:-1. Program Management Support:a. Providing PMO support to various initiatives/ projects within L&H Re;b. Support in maintaining a record of documentation of various initiatives/ projects;2. Operational Support:a. Support teams on ad-hoc operational tasks i.e. AML Alerts resolution, KPI reporting, mailbox clearing coordination;3. Management Assistant:a. Administrative support to Senior Vice President (s) based in Bangalore. The job includes all secretarial functions - Calendar & Mail Management, meeting arrangements, other delegated responsibilities, coordination, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations and meal coordinationb. Manage the correspondence and communication to L&H Re Bangalore - includes proper documentation, filing and retrieval of datac. Preparation of minutes of meetings as per requirementsd. Preparation of reports, MIS, PPT decks and other forms of presentations for internal and external meetings/attendeese. Organize logistics and support for internal events, seminars and workshopsf. Manage visitors & their engagementsg. Responsible for community initiatives and engagement for the business unith. Acting as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.i.
