For this role, you are encouraged to have in-depth knowhow about insurance and reinsurance products and markets. You will deliver timely and accurate business-processing as well as administrative and technical support to L&H Origination community. Your responsibilities will have a direct impact on productivity, process efficiency, timeliness, profitability and accuracy of the end to end process. Main tasks/activities/responsibilities In this role you will aid the Client Markets to coordinate the life cycle of Quote using internal Applications. You will require to facilitate the discussion on the pipeline quotes timely and accurately Understand the L&H Contract Document and execute Treaty set up process to enable downstream functions to carry out their process including Accounting teams Collaborate with cross Functional Team such as Costing Actuarial and Finance to drive L&H quarterly activity such as Open Treaty Review and Financial Closing Work on various data source, preparing/providing valuable insights and present information through visualization, reports/dashboard. Interpret a business/market context, build compelling story/decision making presentation and communicate key message with clear and concise manner Work on multiple projects independently. Take ownership, drive outcomes and bring value. Ability to see the bigger picture/end results and collaborate across to achieve it Develop high level of collaboration with colleagues (Account Coordinator/Business Coordinator/Enabling), and ownership/mastery of specific markets/subject matter Supply to standardize process across Asia and drive the culture of organisational change Analyse sophisticated technical problems, proactively identifying process gaps and suggest improvements Independently leads technical topics of the team and is able to articulate the pros and cons of the decision with the manager About You/ Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in Re-Insurance industry. Understanding of Southeast Asia market is added advantage Experience working in Reinsurance Admin team or equivalent function handling Quote administration and Treaty Execution process. Ability to read, analyze and interpret contract terms Good understanding of Reinsurance value chain process, such as Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting, Contract and Accounting team Understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Risk and Control Self-Assessment Framework (RCSA) is an added advantage Eye for details. Analytical and problem-solving skills Expertise on Business applications and able to analyze gaps and suggest solutions Commendable business communication skills, both verbal and written and cross-cultural understanding Well versed on MS Office tools. Power BI skills will be added advantage Strong customer focus and service orientation attitude Take charge of personal and professional development as an individual Ability to negotiate professionally with effective interactions Ability to mentor/guide peers in solving technical situations Excellent team player with high degree of self-responsibility Think strategically to build the knowledge base and develop more use cases for the company to provide fact driven business judgements Keywords: Reference Code: 122696
